Wedding Diamond Package


  • Full use of facility, including Emerald House Chapel
  • Table and Chair set up with linens and tear down (up to 250 guests)
  • Buffet style dinner reception service (up to 250 guests)
  • Glass wears & utensils with cloth napkins
  • Full bar service with keg beer (Open)
  • 2 Photo set up areas including Congratulations Banners
  • 3-tier wedding cake and chocolate fountain (w/seasonal fruit) or Appetizer Table
  • Punch and Tea or Coffee
  • Photography (8 hour time frame)
  • DJ and sound system
  • Decorating of facility (includes center pieces for tables, flowers for Chapel, food area and lobby)
  • Dinner rehearsal (w/catering of finger foods) prior to wedding
  • Lobby Host & Staff of Fourteen
  • Valet Parking and Private Parking Lots with a fee or Flat rate for 100 cars or less.
  • Bridal Dressing Room and Dressing room for Groom
  • Shuttle service within ½ to 1 mile of facility (10 hour use)
  • 14 Hour Time Frame Includes four hours for Bride and Bridesmaids, preparation and pre – picture time, ceremony time, cocktail hour, and reception
  • Full Time Wedding Coordinator includes 50 hours

Emerald House offers everything from an hors d'oeuvres and cocktail reception, to buffets, to full course sit down meals. Functions like meetings, conventions, and seminars can be easily arranged at the Emerald House. We can set up our rooms to suit any style you like - theatre style, classroom style or a formal sit-down dinner.
